If required: zoning letter - $100; as-built survey - $375 (estimated); submit report to Collier County - $50; cost to file report with Clerk of Courts - $'s per page fee; Note: If licensed electrical, plumbing or mechanical contractors are needed to confirm mechanical code violations, their time will be charged by the hour. An estimate of cost to correct code violation issues can be provided for an hourly rate of $75.
***Free with any home inspection for homes built between 2004 - 2008 if requested
****Wind mitigation report - $75 with pre-purchase or four point inspection
*****Mold Inspection fee above is for (1) A/C system; Add $100 for each additional A/C system because it requires additional air quality samples to be taken from those areas to be sent to a lab for testing.
